 Qualifications

Anyone who has ever flown a SR22 recognizes that it is the best of the new generation aircraft. Flying magazine called it the "Product of the Year."

We want our pilots to have a safe and enjoyable experience flying our Cirrus SR22. Our motto is Safety, Competency, and Currency. Our authorized Cirrus Standard Instruction Program (CSIP) flight instructors are trained to the highest standards and are available to help you get checked out in this fast, beautiful and technologically advanced aircraft.
 

 Minimum Criteria
  • You must be a member in good standing of Plus One Flyers, Inc.
  • Have 250 hours total time.
  • Have or obtain a Cirrus Transition Certificate (CTC):
    • If you do not yet have a CTC, take and pass the Cirrus transition training course with one of our authorized CSIP instructors.
    • If you have a CTC, provide proof of training, a copy of the CTC, and take a satisfactory check ride with one of our authorized CSIP instructors.
  • Fly enough to stay proficient, safe and IFR-current in the aircraft.
 Recurrency Criteria
  • Annual flight review (FR) proficiency check ride with an authorized CSIP instructor.
  • If you have not flown a glass panel SR22 within the last 60 days (two months), fly with an authorized CSIP instructor prior to flying solo again.
